Pre-school and Child Care Services in Lancaster County, PA

Owl Hill Learning Academy spreads its wings across Lancaster County, PA to provide a strong academic foundation for children. We offer educational and childcare services to children ages 12 months to 11 years. We are meeting the education and care needs of children and their families through our main facility in Lititz as well as within the halls of schools in four districts--Manheim Township, Hempfield, Lampeter-Strasburg, and Conestoga Valley.

Our Programs


OHLA early education programs invest in children to help them develop a positive self image as their skills, behavior, and aptitudes emerge. Our creative curriculum follows PA early learning standards to encourage every child to realize and express their individual creativity and talents.

  Pre-K Counts

We provide FREE full-day pre-kindergarten for eligible families. You’ll find our Pre-K Counts program in our Lititz facility on Owl Hill Road as well as the halls of Landisville Intermediate Center and Bucher, Brecht, Lampeter, and Conestoga Elementary Schools.

  Before/After School Program

Before and after school care programs are offered at our Lititz location on Owl Hill Road with transportation options from/to OHLA for select elementary schools in Warwick School District. We are a convenient bus stop for our Kissel Hill Elementary School students.

  Toddler Program

Owl Hill Learning Academy welcomes children ages 1 to 2 to our Toddler Program. We are passionate about providing a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development of a wide range of skills through play.
