We are proud of the robust programming we have developed at Owl Hill Learning Academy in Lititz and our extension programs in 5 county elementary schools.


OHLA Preschool sets the stage for an easier transition to kindergarten and school settings. Offered for 3 and 4 year olds, students are engaged in numbers, the alphabet, arts and crafts, songs, and fine and gross motor skills. They learn to implement structure and routine to help them transition into kindergarten. Other highlights of our preschool program include:

  • Transportation to facility from school (at Conestoga Valley location only)
  • Playground and classrooms designed for children
  • In-person teaching by PA Level 1 or 2 Early Childhood certified teacher
  • Passionate staff who love teaching and caring for their students
  • On-going professional staff training
  • Streamlined communication and progress reports shared with parents regularly through:

Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts

OHLA provides FREE full-day pre-kindergarten for eligible families at 5 county elementary schools and at our Lititz site on Owl Hill Road.

Pre-K Counts welcomes 3 and 4 year olds, Monday through Friday. Times vary by site.

Eligibility for Pre-K Counts 

To be eligible for the PA Pre-K Counts program, children and their guardians must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  2. Meet the income eligibility requirements of at or below 300% of the federal poverty level for their family size
  3. The child must be between the age of 3 and younger than the Kindergarten entry age for the district that they reside in

Once these eligibility requirements are met, enrollment procedures are based on local community needs.  These procedures may contain other considerations for enrollment, such as; diagnosed disabilities (Individualized Education Plan),  developmental delays,  English as a second language, or any other factor that the program deems as a priority to ensure that their communities’ needs are being served.

Wrap-around Care

Let us wrap your child(ren) in care before and after school with our extended care options. Our Wrap-around Care program is offered at our Lititz location on Owl Hill Road. School age children can come  before and after school beginning at 6:45 AM.  We close at 5:00 PM.

To facilitate care we have the following transportation options:

  • Kissel Hill Elementary – School bus stop at OHLA before and after school
  • Bonfield Elementary – AM and PM Owl Hill van service
  • Lititz Elementary – AM and PM Owl HIll van service
  • Beck Elementary – PM Owl Hill van service

Toddler Program

We keep our toddlers engaged and curious in our Toddler program offered for 1 and 2 year olds. We follow a Funshine Buttercups Curriculum, introducing colors, numbers, and counting.  You’ll find our toddlers singing songs, learning and practicing self-help skills, and participating in activities, such as arts and crafts, to develop gross and fine motor skills. We create an environment that encourages social interactions with peers.
